The Golden Melody Festival is an International Song Contest organised by the Cypriot group ‘Golden Melody’ which represents Cyprus in various festivals and contests in Europe and other countries of the world.
The 1st Golden Melody Song Festival was held in February 2010 in Nicosia and the winner country was Greece with the song ‘Gia Panta’ performed by Andreas Konstantinides.
The 2nd Festival will be held in Larnaca on February 26, 27 & 28, 2011. Anne Marie David, a former Eurovision Song Contest winner from France will be the special guest of the Festival and will also be the president of the International Jury.
